Ashlee Dionne, LICSW, is LUK’s Program Leader of Trauma Services. She has been with LUK since 2010. Ashlee is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts, with a Masters in Social Work from the University of Tennessee, with over nine years of experience working with children, youth and families. Ashlee has a strong interest in the treatment of trauma, utilizing EBPs in her own work with youth and families to support the healing of children with trauma histories. Ashlee also strongly believes that a shared trauma-informed lens among child serving systems leads to improved stability and healing for young people. Ashlee has been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Attachment, Self-Regulation and Competency.
Ashley Johnson, LCSW, is a trainer for LUK’s Trauma Services team. Ashley is a Licensed Certified Social Worker in Massachusetts, with a Masters in Social Work from Springfield College. She is a clinical supervisor and participates in supervision of clinicians trained in evidenced-based trauma treatments. Ashley is trained in TF-CBT and ARC.
Allie Hillman, LMHC, is a trainer for LUK’s Trauma Services team. Allie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, with a Masters in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University in Cambridge, Ma. She has previous experience working in public and private education with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and with social challenges. She is a clinical supervisor and participates in supervision of clinicians trained in evidenced-based trauma treatments. Allie is trained in the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) model and Grow: An Application of the ARC Framework as a Caregiver Skill Building Intervention model.
